The Husk Pro ski helmet combines lightness and safety in the best possible way. The helmet is designed with a thin shell construction - but combined with Salomon's own EPS 4D technology, the helmet is still incredibly robust. The EPS 4D technology allows the helmet to absorb shocks much better and protect the head as well as possible. This Prime version of the Husk helmet also features MIPS technology. This increases safety even more, as MIPS helps to distribute the force of any impact from a crash. This helps to reduce the chance of permanent damage when the head is hit.

With the adjustable ventilation, you can control how much air to the head you need. Helmets today have generally become very insulating, so the need for hats or anything else underneath is minimal. So if it's extra cold, you can simply close the vents and open them when the weather gets a little warmer.

With the Custom Dial adjustment at the back, you can adjust the helmet to where it best fits your head. the 3D sound earmuffs are made in a way that you can hear incredibly well through them, without losing any of the warmth they should provide to your ears.
