Returns

Yes, you can. Simply follow the same procedure as for a ‘normal’ return and send the item you wish to return back to us. 

Please note that the set discount does not apply if only part of a set is returned. The amount will be deducted from the refund of the returned item. If you exchange part of a set, the set discount will still apply - just remeber to make a new order with the correct size before you make your return.  

We have extended the return deadline for Christmas presents bought in the period from the 15th of November until the 23rd of December. These orders can be returned or exchanged until the 5th of January.

We aim to handle all returns as fast as possible and we will refund your money as soon as we receive your return. We will send a confirmation when we receive you return. However, it may take another 1-2 business days after the confirmation before you have the money back in your account - depending on the payment method you used.
