Price guarantee

We offer a price guarantee on our entire range.
It is important to us that our customers are always satisfied when they shop with us. That is why we go all-in on offering low prices, fast delivery and exceptional service. We have a price robot that keeps an eye on competing stores both domestically and internationally 24/7. This helps ensure that we can always give you the best possible price.

Should it happen that our price robot has overlooked an item that is cheaper elsewhere, we will of course match the price. We do this based on the total price of the product you find in another store. In other words: the product price plus the cheapest shipping option.

If our customer service is closed, you can also place an order and write in the comment field: "Price guarantee + link to the cheaper store".

• Please save a screenshot of the price at the competitor. The price, variant and stock status must be clearly visible.


• We review and approve the price guarantee before the order is shipped, so the product does not sell out.


• If your request does not meet our conditions, we will contact you to agree on the next steps.

• The compared price must be the total price, including shipping, VAT and any customs duties.


• The item must be in stock at the other store in the same colour and size.
