If you have bought an item from us that you consider defective within the warranty period – 2 years – please contact us via our warranty claim form.
We will get back to you as soon as possible and you must NOT return the product until you hear from us.
The warranty covers original defects in the product – damage from normal wear and tear is not covered. Read more below.
How the rules work:
Under consumer law you have a warranty right of 24 months on all goods. That means you as a customer may complain about defects that were present at delivery. A condition is that the defect has not arisen from normal wear, incorrect use of the product, or other behaviour that may cause damage and contribute to the defect.
Under the warranty, if a claim is approved the supplier may choose to repair, replace, or refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. The solution depends on the supplier, not your personal preferences.
We forward warranty cases to the supplier and get back to you within a “reasonable time”.
How fast?
Usually we respond within a week – but in some cases it may take longer if the case is more complex. For example, the process may be delayed if a spare part or replacement product is sent from the supplier. Items that need tailoring may also be delayed during holidays or busy periods.
