Free Headlamp Battery is a powerful battery solution for long-distance use. It is water-resistant, rechargeable via USB-C and has a 5-step battery indicator. The battery can easily be mounted on a helmet or bike frame (bracket sold separately). It fits all Free series headlamps.

The Free series is designed for flexible use regardless of model. The lamp unit can easily be removed from the headband and attached to a helmet or handlebar instead. The more light (higher lumens) you want, the more powerful the battery needed. For shorter runs or activities, a small battery is sufficient. For longer use, a larger battery is recommended and can be attached to a helmet, handlebar or stored in a backpack with the included extension cable.

The battery meets IPX5 standard and withstands heavy rain and water from all directions. The LED battery indicator shows the battery status when charging or when the headlamp is turned on, ensuring you can keep track of the remaining battery capacity. Charging is easy via a USB-C cable and takes 3 hours.

Battery capacity can be affected by body heat and outdoor temperature. The long extension cable allows you to carry the battery close to your body, which can be crucial in cold weather as it extends the battery's burn time.
