Sätila Balaclava, black

Sätila Balaclava is a balaclava for women and men that covers the head and neck and has an opening for the face. It fits snugly around the head and neck and retains heat in cold weather and strong winds. It can be worn under a helmet because the seams are flat and thin.

The balaclava is knitted from 100% extra fine merino wool, which is mulesing-free. It is both knitted and sewn at the factory in Sätila, Sweden. The wool is pure and comes from sheep, alpacas or goats, and the material is Oeko Tex Standard 100. Hand wash at max. 30 °C.

Delivery

We ship packages with both DPD and GLS.

If you place your order on weekdays before 18:00, your package will be shipped the same day. On Fridays, the order must be placed before 16:30.

The standard delivery time is 4-6 business days, but some items may be stored at a remote warehouse. In such cases, a longer delivery time will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping is even free if you order for more than 125 EUR.

Returns

Should you need to return anything to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs related.

We have a 14 days return policy, starting from the day you receive your goods.

Christmas presents can be returned to the 5th of January.

There are a few simple conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a price guarantee:

The price being compared to must be the total price including shipping, Danish VAT and any customs duties
The item must be in stock at the other store in the same colour and size
