The knife is available in two variants: one with a blade length of 17 cm and a thickness of 3 mm, and one with a 20 cm long blade and a slimmer thickness of 2 mm. The longer blade makes it easy to cut juicy meat and delicate vegetables. The ergonomic walnut handle provides a comfortable grip, while the continuous steel and riveted handles ensure stability. The knives are developed in collaboration with outdoor chefs and manufactured in Solingen, known for its quality and craftsmanship expertise.

The knives are easy to clean; normally water is sufficient, but for heavy soiling a little detergent can be used. It is important to dry the knife thoroughly after cleaning.
