The Petromax Charcoal Maker is a stainless steel unit designed to produce charcoal using low-oxygen combustion, also known as pyrolysis. This modern take on an old tradition makes it possible to make charcoal directly in the campfire without the need for a traditional charcoal stove. By filling the container with personally split wood, such as fruitwood, birch or beech, you can create charcoal with a long glow time, low smoke production and high temperature combustion. This makes it ideal for use in outdoor kitchens and gives food a characteristic smoky aroma. The charcoal production process can be observed when yellow smoke develops and turns white towards the end. After cooling overnight, the charcoal is ready for use. The device is easy to clean with mild detergent, water and a cloth.

There are a few simple conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a price guarantee:- The price being compared to must be the total price including shipping, Danish VAT and any customs duties
- The item must be in stock at the other store in the same colour and size
