We recommend using the ski pole with care. Empty it when skiing ends and après-ski begins, and avoid using it in the morning or on the way up the lift.

Orders containing skis and/or ski poles have special delivery requirements due to their length. These orders are therefore shipped with a carrier that can handle long packages and are usually delivered to a parcel shop near you. If you want delivery to a specific parcel shop, this can be written in the comments section of the order.

Delivery

We ship packages with both DPD and GLS.

If you order before 18:00 on weekdays, we will ship your package the same day and you will usually receive it within 2-5 business days.

Shipping is even free if you order for more than 125 EUR.

Returns

Should you need to return anything to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs related.

We have a 14 days return policy, starting from the day you receive your goods.

Christmas presents can be returned to the 5th of January.

If our customer service is not open, you can also place an order for the item and write "Price guarantee + link to the other store" in the comments field. We will then make sure you get the item at the right price and only charge you for this.

Conditions
There are a few simple conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a price guarantee:

The price being compared to must be the total price including shipping, Danish VAT and any customs duties
The item must be in stock at the other store in the same colour and size
