Holmenkol Grip Base is a base wax used under grip wax for classic cross-country skiing. It significantly improves wear resistance, helping grip wax last longer – especially in old, aggressive snow and artificial snow. Best suited for temperatures between -2 and -10 °C.
For optimal results, lightly roughen the kick zone with sandpaper, then iron on the base wax at 80 °C. The grip wax can then be applied on top. This method creates a more durable and effective grip, especially beneficial for longer sessions and training.
Ideal for both recreational skiers and racers seeking reliable grip in demanding snow conditions.

There are a few simple conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a price guarantee:- The price being compared to must be the total price including shipping, Danish VAT and any customs duties
- The item must be in stock at the other store in the same colour and size
