The Husk Prime ski helmet combines lightness and safety in the best possible way. The helmet is designed with a thin shell construction - but combined with Salomon's own EPS 4D technology, the helmet is still incredibly robust. The EPS 4D technology allows the helmet to absorb shocks much better and protect the head as well as possible. This Prime version of the Husk helmet also features MIPS technology. This further improves safety, as MIPS helps to distribute the force of any impact that may occur during a crash. This helps to reduce the risk of permanent injury when the head is subjected to certain impacts.

Adjustable ventilation allows you to control how much air you want to let in and out. Today's helmets have become very insulating, so the need for a cap or similar underneath is minimal. If it's extra cold, you can close the vents and conversely open them when it gets a little warmer.

The BOA Fit adjustment on the back allows you to adjust the helmet to fit your head. the 3D Sound Ear Warmers are made in a way that allows you to hear incredibly well through them, without losing any of the warmth they are supposed to give your ears.
